Who We Are

GCAI Technologies SAPI de CV (“GCAI Technologies”, “we”, “us”) builds decision-intelligence products, including the Varsia mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we collect across our products and websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information You Provide

When you create an account we collect your email address and username. You may optionally add a profile photo and other preferences you set inside the app.

Information Collected Automatically

We generate a device identifier to keep you signed in and to help secure your account. We also collect basic usage and diagnostic data, such as screens viewed and feature interactions, to operate and improve our products.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and managed via RevenueCat. We never receive or store your payment card details. We do receive your subscription status, such as trial, active, or expired, to unlock premium features and keep your account in sync.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to run and improve our products, including Apple, RevenueCat for subscription management, and PostHog for product analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and secure the service, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, understand how our products are used, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@gchanger.ai.
